After we receive your order, you will receive by email a fill in the blank form to be filled out with all names, dates, etc.  Once you return the form to us we will send you a proof of your invitation or program for your approval. Upon your approval we will print and ship your order. Allow up to four weeks for production and delivery. Printing Charges will apply after check out.
